Food: Limited in read meats, though chicken and fish are better
, also very high in omega3.
Fruits & Vegetables: As fresh as possible!
Rest: Yes, plenty of rest needed.
Stress: Turn stress into sex, it helps and rejuvinate the body and mind!
Body looks: Not too muscular, muscles turns
into fat in later years.
